More family friendly than ever before
Big changes prevail this year at Avalon, due to the new pedestrian one way system leading to Arcadia and Shangri La, in place between the hours of 11pm and 3am. We have re-orientated the field to accommodate this and, thus, even the most regular of festival goers may lose their bearings!
Our regular activities, as well as a range of new games and workshops, will take place in our new, exciting, vibrant and now larger village fete area,. Join the fun of tradition with a twist, team games galore, learn to stilt walk, hook a duck, win a coconut, make a puppet or butterfly wings or just immerse yourself in silliness and hilarity while covering yourself in pegs or wanging a wellie!
Take in and marvel at all the art installations on your way to the main Avalon stage where you will find a strong, eclectic line-up of folk and roots influenced artists, together with Festival favourites.
